I think Kevin had a bit of a time dropping off my car due to the location, however, he managed it and handed her over safely. Kevin was kind and I felt assured he would do his best for me and he did. That drive can be a challenge and I so appreciated it being completed by one driver. I hope Kevin had a smooth return journey.

Great help, the first person was very helpful and tried to get it fixed if he could get the part but unfortunately not that day. We were given an hour slot but arrived in half hour. Stuart was the driver he was very pleasant and cheerful. Due to covid he explained everything to us clearly. My name is Pat Tasker and I broke down on the A180 yesterday. I want to say a HUGE thank you to James and Christian who were so helpful to me and provided the service so promptly. James managed to get me back on the road and he was very patient and clear in his explanation to me of what had happened. I need to take the car into my local garage for a permanent repair, but I know exactly what to tell them and where the problem is. Christian managed to work out my location from my garbled description as I wasn't sure what junctions I had passed and he calmly reassured me that help was on the way. Just to say thank you very much to James for his efforts to get my car started today. He's narrowed down the problem so hopefully the car can finally be sorted properly. And thank you to Tom for getting me safely back to a safe place off the busy AlS . Recently our Hymer Motorhome broke down near Messingham with a snapped clutch cable. We were towed back to Scunthorpe and 2 days later , the mechanic came to the house and replaced the cable. I just wanted to say how fantastic both guys were. Polite, helpful and very professional. A real credit to your organisation. I didn't get their names unfortunately. Gaz & your other Driver were great, Gaz gave me more knowledge into the problem with My vehicle in a 10 minute chat than the supposed main dealer in Nottingham has in Several weeks!! And your other Guy kindly waited to make sure my Taxi turned up On time before he took my vehicle back to Notts . I really appreciated the Great Customer Service!!

I would just like to record how caring your driver Kevin was yesterday when he recovered my classic motorbike which had suddenly stopped near Cabourne Hill. Having got off to a bad start with Green Flag when their first chosen recovery company neither turned up or sent any messages, once we had got Green Flag moving again, Kevin turned up ahead of the estimated time and it was obvious from the outset that we were in experienced hands, both with the adaptability of the lift/carrier that would carry the bike and also in Kevin's approach to making sure absolutely nothing would chafe or come loose along the way. I was so impressed by a recent recovery I had received. The phone call was informative and he arrived before the time scale. The person we had (I didn't catch his name) but it was on 19/2/23 from Goole to Scunthorpe. The registration of the recovery vehicle was NV69 BDO, he was really helpful and made us feel so at ease. He really did a great job, I just wanted to see if you would be able to pass this on as he was a great help and helped to relieve some of our stress. Thank you.
